A sake brewery with a long history of 289 years, the tasting price is 500 yen for three cups, and there is a cute pig mouth cup. The wine is traditional, spicy and has a strong flavor. Traces of history can be seen everywhere inside the brewery; the old boss carefully introduces the wine-making equipment on display; it is worth exploring.

Every year, on National Foundation Day, I visit Kashihara Shrine and then take a short trip to Kawai Sake Brewery in Imai Town to buy sake. This year, I purchased Shusse Otoko, an unfiltered Junmai Namazake.

Today, I came to the store first to buy this alcohol. I looked for this Shusse Otoko (alcohol🍶) in an unglazed sake bottle, but it was sold out, it was sold out on Amazon, and I went to 8 large liquor stores and couldn't find it, so I asked the brewer ❗️ I'm glad I managed to buy it P ❗️ They also have colored paper of past prime ministers etc. Famous brewery ❗️ Founded 280 years ago, it's not just a date! ️(New Gundam's lines!!)
