My kids got the Ninja costume rentals from here. ¥3000 per kid. The kids can wear the costume to the castle and the area outside nearby. Just that you have to return the costumes by 4 pm, however the museum itself close a bit later. If I am not mistaken, the museum closing time is 5pm.

Nice local festival museum. Costs 600 yen to enter or 1750 yen with castle and Ninja museum ticket. Expect to spend around 30 minutes here. Also note that many festival exhibitions start to feel the same if you have seen a couple of them

Explains the local festival and floats. A short walk from the castle. The floats are very impressive and ornate. Staff was friendly. The costumes were very interesting! I liked them very much. Upstairs you can Watch 2 videos explaining the festival. Staff was able to provide English audio for the videos which was appreciated.
