Kid got cold feet after getting on the gondola, so one-stop round trip costed me 3800 yens 😅

It is not as gorgeous as it was during past years. But it's still awesome and worthy to visit!

Worth going up but prior to good weather. Was almost blown away by strong wind.

I’ve visited here a while ago but the weather was really rough and I didn’t enjoy the view of it. Today, the middle of February, is the perfect day to visit here except for it was incredibly crowded due to China’s new year. I waited at the station at the bottom of the mountain for more than an hour to get on the cable car. It’s so cold and windy on the top of the mountain, so it’s better to wear warm clothes. The trees are very beautiful and unique. The station on the top has a restaurant where you can have some warm food. Btw I got some beer… half of it was foam so I asked the staff to fill it a little bit more. She seemed unpleasant.

The snow monsters were amazing! We went to the night illumination (held Friday, Saturday, sunday, Monday) and had a wonderful time! It was extremely cold up the top. I highly recommend taking 2 pairs of gloves if you can and cover your nose! We also went back up during the day to snowboard and the view is spectacular. I am a beginner snowboarder and the red run at the top of the slopes wasn't too hard or scary.
