Visited Maebashi City. This is my first visit to Gunma Prefectural Office, which has a free observation deck. It is available not only on weekdays but also on Saturdays and Sundays (although it is not open 24 hours). Parking (up to 2 hours), elevators, and use of the observation deck are all free. The traffic controller at the parking lot is very kind. There are two elevators that go directly to the observation deck. The observation deck also has a cafe and restaurant. There are no tall buildings in the area, so the view from the observation deck is spectacular. There were photos of the night view on display, and it was so beautiful that I would like to come see the night view next time.

Enjoying a delicious cup of coffee while admiring the stunning scenery is sure to become a wonderful memory! In particular, there is something called coffee beer, so both coffee and beer lovers should try it!ꉂꉂ(ᵔᗜᵔ*)LOL!

This is a free observation deck. There is also a cafe where you can take a break. You can clearly see Mt. Asama, Mt. Akagi, and Mt. Haruna.

Gunma Prefectural Office 32nd floor observation hall *Parking is free for up to 2 hours. (100 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter) There are elevators on either side of the east entrance from the prefectural parking lot that take you directly to the 31st and 32nd floors. (Time required: approximately 75 seconds) This observation hall is located on the 32nd floor of the prefectural office (127m above ground). 33 floors, 153.8m. The view from the highest prefectural government building in Japan is breathtaking. (The night view is also beautiful) *Certified as "2018 Certification of Excellence". In addition, on the lower floor of the hall (31st floor) there is a social space called ``GINGHAM'', which has been newly opened since June and includes a marche and kitchen. (The name seems to reflect the desire to expand connections between people, like the gingham check pattern.) There is a kitchen where you can show off your food on camera, a marche with small food stalls, and an artificial turf hill area where you can enjoy the view of Gunma.
