Entrance fees were 300 yen per adult. No queue time. The food to feed the monkey was 100 yen. Monkey onsen is outside the tropical garden. There were few monkeys in the onsen, but only one monkey clapped its hand. Other monkeys seems to tired to bother our coming The tropical botanical garden was interesting. It was heated and the sunlight was so conforting during cold winter time

The botanical garden is very beautiful but I think the "main attraction" here are the bathing monkeys outside. You can buy monkey food for 100 yen. There is also a hot foot bath outside where you can also rent a towel for 100 yen.

It was very disappointing with the monkeys onsen in my imagine . There are only a few. The garden is well decorated. There are many types of plants. The various beetles look exciting. Even though there are only 4-5 characters, however, for me I don't think it's worth the trip to see. I’ve used 30 mins. for going to there but spend time around 10-15 mins this place.

This place is famous due to the monkey that soak in the hot springs ♨️. The botanical garden is not big but have many tropical plants.

I’m sorry Hakodate, but I have to give you a low mark, as my expectation to reality wasn’t very good. I’ve been to many different gardens like this, and this had not much to offer. I felt bad for the Snow monkeys, they didn’t seem to look very happy. We think you need to update your enclosure. It was neat you gave customers a chance to feed them some monkey pellets for 100 yen. But we barely spent time there. Nothing much to see. I took pictures of all the beetles for my kids at work. I did like the koi pond, and the little turtles. Staff were very friendly and nice.
