The zoo is large, not what I imagined it to be. Walking and enjoying the scenery from morning to almost dark and still not covered all of them. Really worth visiting!

This place attracts lotsa kids with parents, which is expected anyway. There are few enhances you can get in but since we are tourists, we took a train as recommended by google. 🤪 its quite a huge place and may take you the whole day if you intend to stop at every place. The highlight is of course the koalas which are damn cute. But there are too few of them, around 10 probably. There are plenty of animals and reptiles to see, so you wont really get bored. The seals are funny too btw. As we went on a sunday, probably why its so full of toddlers and kids. Perhaps a weekday will be better to visit.

A must go place to visit. It was a full day of walking. But worh it!!!! Go here, Go there. What's next to see. What do you want to see, Plants or Animals, that is the question. Great Family outing. Inexpensive place. Hungry.... There's no need to worry. There are a variety of food vendors to choose from. Vista the Amusement Park. All kinds of rides to enjoy for the little kids & adults kids.

AMAZING PLACE! Visited this place on a weekend with my family. We bought tickets from FamilyMart so we didnt need to line up. It was not crowded despite it being a weekend. We spent almost 4 hours looking at the animals. They also have a botanical garden that was so amazing. Entrance fee for adults is ¥500. Elementary and Junior High Schools students are FREE of charge.

This place is great value, adults 500Y and kids free. It has many different animals there plus an expansive amount of land for a botanical gardens that sadly we did not get to check out. There is also a small amusement park there and a large pond with paddle boats for rent.
