Good park. Close to or encapsulates the Chiba castle. The colors are just changing, should look great in a couple of weeks.

Nice park with the Chiba City Folk Museum (Chiba Castle) to look at. The Sakura look beautiful blooming in front of the castle & there's a small local outdoor restaurant near the castle to eat & drink at with a public restroom nearby.

Umm. What's the point of this place? It's dingy. Nothing to see but a big, poorly built house with no remarkable features except I guess the roof is cool. The hospital across the street is much more interesting.

During cherry blossom season, this place is like a dream. Day or night, it's a beautiful place to relax with friends, drink some beer and eat festival food.
