This park is very unfriendly public park. Thais park doesn’t have any sight seeing bus inside the park for the people who have disabilities for walking. The only option is the wheelchair. This park has sharp slopes and so hard to push the wheelchair for my mother. It’s extremely disappointing.

Free parking and free admission to a lovely park overlooking Sakurajima. It's famous for seasonal flowers and was stunning during cherry blossom season. I can understand why so many people were camped out for ohanami parties. Would love to visit during another season. The visitor’s area, next to the bathrooms, had a cool exhibit with pictures of local plants and birds. For the birds, if you scan a QR code below the photo, you can hear their calls! So neat and fun for kids and adults.

Massive park with lots of space for picnics! Food options on site are limited so suggest you BYO. Lots of sunscreen too…!

One of the best places to get a beautiful view of the Sakurajima. The park is really spacious and people can just roam freely. The park is a very relaxing place, it feels out of this world.
