This shrine is in a park of mostly concrete ground. Not as exciting as the other shrines.

I think this is a cool shrine to visit. It’s most interesting to see the juxtaposition between the shrine itself and the surrounding modern buildings and architecture. It’s not a large shrine so you can be done in 15-30 minutes.

Nice place in the city of fukuoka. It's interesting to discover it with a guide who explain you some historical stuff

Small and tranquil shrine. The best part about these types of shrines is they are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of everything else. The grounds are well kept and there is an offering box below the bells. I have seen quite a few people come here and pray for a blessing. I would suggest this to visit either for the novelty, or to enjoy the small piece of tranquility. Be sure not to disturb people praying, and to bow when you make an offering as well as right before you leave the temple proper.
