This was a spur of the moment visit, and I am so glad I did. I visited during the colour change on the trees, and the road heading up to the shrine was beautiful with all the autumnal colours, and the sunlight highlighting the views. The shrine itself is also a beautiful sight to behold, with great surroundings. I highly recommend a visit as I believe you will not be disappointed.

Kegonji is a site to behold. It depicts a tradition that dates back to hundreds of years. The sculptures are evidence of sophisticated creations of the japanese.

This is such a pretty temple hidden in the mountains. I was able to get the shrine stamps for this temple. Very nice nature and I saw lots of cute lizards running around. It was a fun place.
