Pond was empty and looks like going through some transition but still worth including on cycle trip. But only 20 mins

The awesome oldest story and beautiful shire. I love a story of the Okamaden at Kibitsu-jinja Shrine. They told when Ura's wife Azohime cooked rice, Ura made the cauldron sing, and that sound foretold good fortune. The head of Ura is said to be buried beneath the kettle.

It’s an awesome and beautiful shrine during the summer! Plenty to see.

They have many events and weekly markets held here. In April and May, there are many carps of flags over the parking lot due to Children's day on May 5th. The access from the nearest train station is not so bad, and recently it is getting so popular for international travelers to visit here and Kibitsu shrine, which is similar name but different Shinto shrine located a few kilometers away. If you rent a bicycle, you can visit both shrines easily and enjoyably.

A small shrine, very close to Kibitsu jinja. I recommend to visit these two shrines at one time. You can buy many kinds of peach juyosho. Perfect for souvenir or a memoir for yourself.
