Pleasant elevated shrine complex, located nearby Wakaura Tenman-gu Shrine, and not as impressive. Entry fee of ¥300 for less wow. Still worth a visit though.

You need to pay to be able to enter the temple, however just taking that stairs and look over wakaura is more than enough.

You have to climb 108 steps to get to the temple. Be aware of this!

The shrine is located in a beautiful spot, there are 108 steps to do in order to get there. Once upstairs free WI-FI is available and QR codes can be scanned for multi-language guide.
