There is a tatami mat room which can be used for tea ceremony sessions as well as a Japanese style room with Japanese style seats where visitors can enjoy matcha powdered green tea. The garden itself, a pond strolling garden, offers visitors beautiful, seasonal scenery.

Many new offices, including insurance companies, will move in. I think the bottom one is probably where Rizap will go.The top one is probably an apartment, because a lot of 0123s came and moved. Condominiums and corporate relationships have different entrances and exits. Convenience is good if you have a lot of money. I think my apartment is more comfortable to live in because there's everything around me.
