Kumamon office is located in Kumamon square. if u visit there on 2PM, you will see Kumamon show. Unfortunatley is was present in Japanese language, however if u are Kumamon supporter. I'm quite sure that u'll love their show.

Awesome experience at this place to meet Kuramon! Someone mentioned the times, but I think it varies a little, so make sure you check before you come so you don't miss him. They close the doors when he comes in, to prevent overcrowding. The seats are only for kids and parents with babies, so expect to stand for the show. Obviously it's all in Japanese, but it's fun to watch him act out and do silly stuff. He gave me a hug because I came from the farthest country out of anyone there haha! Definitely a great experience even if you're only vaguely familiar with him

Travelled all the way to Kumamoto to see the Minister itself. We checked its website and saw that it comes out for its public address almost everyday at 1100 and 1430 hrs for 30 mins with cute dancing and being the memelord. Good to come early for the best seats. Merch pretty expensive but if you love this guy it’s worth it!

Kumamon office, cute place with Kumamon live performance. Be sure to check if Kumamon is on duty that day and come early for the seats. We are not able to find a seat in the square so we can only watch the live TV and see through the glasses :’( The office itself is also really cute and well decorated, need to line up for a photo shot in the office! This is also a shop for Kumamon merchandise, but if you’re looking for a stuffed doll it’s located in a nearby department store.

Not really a fan but Kumamon grows on you. The place is really nice, it's located on the east building. No admission fees, you can walk around and even to his office! Sit in his office and take a picture too. Overall experience is nice HOWEVER, for pre shows you are required to sit on the floor while waiting for him. There are more merchandise available for sale in the main building at 6th floor with limited items. Overall good experience. Quite an attraction for kids and probably a one time visit destination.
