2023/10 Visited on Saturday afternoon, there were few people and it was empty. There were many battle illustrations from the Battle of Sekigahara and exhibits related to the Toda clan. The garden next to the entrance is also beautiful.

For a 200 yen ticket to enter Ogaki Castle, you can also enter this local museum. Although it wasn't large, it was nice to see a well-maintained beautiful garden and a Satsuki bonsai tree that was 250 to 500 years old displayed in the back.

A museum located across from Ogaki Park. It is a quaint building with a beautiful garden, and the exterior alone is a picturesque scenery. The main exhibits are about Ogaki Castle and the Toda clan. The model of Ogaki Castle displayed in the lobby was quite a sight to see. I also visited just before the Ogaki Festival, so I was intrigued by the many exhibits related to the festival grounds. Come to think of it, there was a trial pulling of the skein in the town as well.

If you have a joint ticket with Ogaki Castle, you can enter for 200 yen. Portraits of successive Ogaki feudal lords and objects related to them are on display. Most of the stories are about Mr. Toda, but I found them quite interesting and worth watching. Afterwards, you can view the garden and bonsai outside for free.

I went on 2022.7.2~ If you buy a ticket for Ogaki Castle, you can also get in here. Oh, it seems like a good deal The only drawback is that most of the things are not allowed to be photographed, so you can't take them as a souvenir. Some people post it when they see a review, but what should they do? For now, I'll only post the ones that I didn't approve of. You can learn about the history of Ogaki at the local museum. It's a museum where you can learn a lot by actually going to Ogaki and learning about the flood damage that occurred in Ogaki and the buildings being built as countermeasures. It was not allowed to take photos of exhibits such as armor and old military commanders. I watched it so it left a lasting impression on me (lol) Actually, it would be better if I could take a photo so I can remember it while looking at it. By the way, it seemed like you could go into the garden freely. On the other hand, you can't see it in the photo, so you have to go and see it, so it might be worth going. How about taking a look if you like? I took a few photos this time too, so I hope you can use them as a reference. Thank you for your continued high evaluation.
