It is a shrine related to Tokugawa Ieyasu. It was worshiped as the guardian of Sumpu Castle, and received protection from the Tokugawa family for a long time.

How come there’s an amazing shrine like this right in the middle of the city. I love the gentle design but still full of details. The pond, the well, the fish,.. so peaceful.

Nothing special, but easy access from station.

It is located inside a small shopping street. Beautiful and aesthetic.
