Super beautiful public park, just right to the Kawaguchi lake side. The view is superb, the garden also well-maintained. There is a cafe that you can enjoy the beautiful of Kawaguchi lake and Fuji mount clearly from the cafe. Nice try!

The park is nice and you can get some great shots of Mount Fuji on a clear day if the weather is cooperative. But it's also quite touristy, and I've found you can get basically the same great shots if you just keep walking along the northern bank of the lake between the Kawaguchiko cherry blossom corridor and the park. I would highly recommend you do that if you can rather than takin the red line bus all the way to the park.

Great, great ambience and a stunning view of Mt Fuji. Not much to describe in text, but let the pictures speak for itself. The Apple-Strawberry soft serve is photogenic but taste is a 3 out of 5. Try other flavors. Souvenir shop was also fun and had a lot of gifts to take back home.

Went here during the new year week and we got a clear sight of Mt. Fuji even though the weather forecast said it will be cloudy. The place also gives you a view of Lake Kawaguchi and there are several photo spots you can choose to capture both in a background. There is also a souvenir shop to take home some Mt. Fuji goodies

Most people who review don’t come in winter so I thought I would leave a review. We came at the end of December when it was -7 degrees Celsius. The snow cap of fujisan is awesome in winter and you can get the best view in the morning here. Any later, you will get back light. There were free toilets. The park is free to enter, many of the flowers are just planted or past its season so you won’t get the full effect. Ice cream was affordable at y500 for any flavour. If you walk a little further you will be able to avoid the Chinese tourists who come in bus loads.
