Was full of history about the global fragrance trade starting with the Egyptians and had many test scents to experience. They have English signs and an additional audio guide with free WiFi. The staff did not speak English but buying tickets isn’t to hard. Just point and hold up fingers. Would recommend going, never seen anything like it.

If you want to enjoy fragrance than it's the best museum... You can have all the history of scents and perfumes around the world. Additionally you can make any fragrance by paying 2500Yen for a small quantity.

Cute fragrance museum focused on history and proliferation of fragrances in japan. The make your own fragrance workshop is worth doing but they do use cheaper base materials to keep their costs down. Good for a couples activity or just for fun. Slightly overpriced at ~3000 yen for entrance + workshop but still fun to do. They offer an English walkthrough for the workshop and an English audio guide if needed.

I've created my own perfume on the museum experience. This experience could be fully booked. You could buy tickets in advance

You can find different kind of perfumes in this museum and learn about the history of it. There were tools used for making perfume and you can also make your own perfume if you pay around 500 yen.
