Cozy rest place where used to be a Gouno - great farmer mansion. They have foot bath you can chill out while walking around hot spring town. They might be really wealthy that produced gold, copper and fiber works. Very interesting.

It's free to enter and you can see traditional Japan house. There is Ashiyu that you can put your feet into the hot springs. You should bring towel to wipe.

Beautiful garden with public footbath and free museum. Stop by the information center for free towels. There are fruit trees throughout the garden, and there is a shelter over the footbath, providing a great place to relax in any type of weather, and always with a good view.

A charming spot with beautiful Japanese buildings. The place was renovated and looks great. Staff were very helpful and nice. They have an English map of the site with explanations and an English version of the video. The hot foot bath was divine (and free!)
