One of the most scenic place in Otaru. Beautiful like a painting in winter. Definitely worth the trip to take a photo. Exceeded my expectation.

You can get there by bus to the Aquarium and walking up the street to the observation deck, the view it's lovely during a sunny day and you can hear the animals from the aquarium. Calm and relaxing place.

A beautiful place to stay for a while. Wonderful ocean view. However it is only accessible if you drive (or take a taxi).

One of best views in Otaru. Worth see how amazing is the nature and landscape of Hokkaido shores. Is a must go on the sunny day. From the final stop of Otaru Aquarium, walk aproximatly 10 minutes.
