45 minute walking tour. Plenty of bathrooms, 1000 yen entrance fee, souvenir shop that sells ice cream. Pets are not allowed inside. Free parking. Recommended.

One of the places that I want to visit when living in Hamamatsu. It's on my itinerary. Unique experience to visited a beautiful cave. I like the fresh air in the cave. :)

Water dripping down from the cave onto clothing, quite annoying but it's fine. The actual popular spots are good and special. The bats are in a separate cage so they don't fly around. The stalagmites are not big but are interesting to see and there is many small ponds and puddles. The giant waterful in the cave is a great sight. The store sells fossils and gemstones such as amethyst and quartz. Would recommend, but expect to get a little wet in the cave.

Huge cave with lots of waterfalls and information on rock formations. It was worth the drive! Entry tickets are also reasonably priced.
