Tallest building in Takamatsu, free entry to the observation deck on the 29th floor. You can get a good view of the city and the harbour. Went there on Monday at about 11am, it was very quiet. Free of charge, worth visiting.

Near the JR station, next to Maritime Plaza. Looks tall, majestic during day and night. The observation deck on 29th floor closes at 5pm. You can still view from a lower level, at 8th floor , if you miss the 5 pm dateline.

The tower was located in the waterfront. The railway terminal was very near. Next to the building was a signature park in the city. The shopping mall on the lower floors were restaurants and shops. Many parking lots were available underground. The lifts leading to the observation level were free. Chairs and long desks were placed there for people to take a rest and enjoy the view. Toilets were clean. There was a restaurant operating on the higher floor. The night scene should be specular. Nothing was selling on this floor. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

easy access to a great view of the city and the inland sea on the 29th floor. plus its free! security guard was very kind and told me about a second part of the observatory i had missed, so i went up twice.

Being next to my hotel, it's a very easy 2 min walk. It looks quite new, and the 29th floor viewing deck is free to go! Please notice it closes at 5pm. Other than that, it's a place for conventions and a little fine dining.
