MAKE RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOU FLY OR ONCE U ARRIVE IN JAPAN or def before you arrive. Went with two adults and kids ages 8-13. We all enjoyed it! You'll spend an hour here once you get in after your reservation time. Be sure to wear shorts or pants you can roll up since you walk through water a few times. Don't go if you're sensitive to lights and movement. Otherwise enjoy the experience as it's pretty surreal. I enjoyed each one...well maybe the mirrored eggs not as much but that was a good intermission.

My visit to teamLab Planets in Tokyo was nothing short of magical. This sensory experience is truly one-of-a-kind, immersing visitors in a world of light, mirrors, and enchantment. Booking slots early is essential, as tickets sell out quickly for the next day or two. Upon arrival, you'll need to show a QR code at the entrance to gain access to this mesmerizing world. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a dark, yet vibrant space filled with lights and mirrors. To fully experience the attraction, guests are required to go barefoot as water levels can rise to knee height during some parts of the exhibit. Be prepared to roll up your pants and embrace the warm water. After each water experience, towels are provided, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit. One of the highlights of my visit was the hanging orchid garden, which was simply breathtaking. It was a truly wonderful experience that I will never forget. Overall, it offers a sensory journey like no other, and I highly recommend it.

A very unique and immersive experience. The venue does a very good job in leading you into its different artworks. I found everything to be a great experience, but I especially enjoyed the flower dome where I laid down for a good 30 minutes and just took in the beautiful moving flowers and the relaxing sounds. This is not a "normal" museum by any means, it puts a lot more emphasis on experiencing things. All in all - wonderful!

Overall a nice experience as it's a very famous place many people are also there so if you are thinking it will be like the advertising or insta reels it's not like that. Some people also bring their kids and they cry and shout so be aware of that too don't expect too much silence. So enjoy the view that's all. It's an one time experience

It was a mind blowing experience! I've been wanting to come here for ages and it didn't disappoint me. It is quite dark inside and there are lots of mirrored floors and walls for their optical illusion. It is recommended to wear short pants and not skirts. The water was warm but if you are wearing long pants, you'll need to roll it up till it's below your knees. Overall I highly recommend for people to visit this place for a unique experience!
