A very large park with beautiful architecture and history of the city of Himeji. The park is a nice place to jog or walk your dog especially on spring or autumn when the parks scenery changes color according to the season. Parking has a fee though if you wanna park near the top of the park. There are free spots below the hill of the park but you have to walk quite a bit to get there

Hilltop city park commanding what must be some of the best views in Himeji. And it's all free. Reflexology walking path and exercise bars. The old revolving cafe is nowadays permanently closed and in disrepair, sadly, but it has been preserved as a kind of massive garden ornament.

Beautiful and eclectic park. Hills, rocks, castle structures, many flowers...It was a lovely sight to behold. HATE THE BEES, but I mean...eh, nature. Just be careful, look where you're going and enjoy the different views the park has to offer. Great for a stroll.

It was just beautiful! At that time, I was the only one at the park. I can't express on how beautiful it was! It's a great place to visit on a beautiful sunny day. The water flows down this long stretch of constructed waterfall. I believe you can also just enjoy the water as well, but I'm not sure if you need to pay a certain fee to actually occupy it. So, don't just enter at your own leisure. Make sure to ask questions first before feeling comfortable.
