We bought the Amazing Osaka Pass, and this was part of the package. We rode the transparent cart, and it was scary, but the scenery was amazing. I would highly recommend this on an early weekday as there was minimal lineup when we got there.

Located nearby to the Aquarium, it has easy access from the mall. Take note that the mall closes early so better grab your dinner first before taking the Ferris wheel! Pretty good views up there but I have taken bigger and more impressive ferris wheels. Still worth a try if you’re here after the aquarium and enjoy the views. Do note there is a small queue if you’re taking the transparent bottom cabin.

Experiencing my first rainy day ride on a Ferris wheel, the outside scenery remained enchantingly beautiful. The raindrops added a poetic touch to the landscape, turning the city into a glistening masterpiece. Each droplet on the Ferris wheel's glass seemed to magnify the lights and colors, creating a dreamy ambiance. It's a unique perspective that transformed a rainy day into a mesmerizing and memorable journey, proving that even under the soft drizzle, beauty can be found in unexpected places. ☔🎡✨

Well it wasn't the largest, but I believe it's better than the HEP, just sit beside the aquarium and if you're taking it during the day time you can have a great view across the big city. The ticket is not cheap but it will be a good deal if you had purchased the Osaka amazing pass which saves you some buck. The see through glass is overrated and will take a very very long queue. Suggested not to use that if you are in a rush.
