The staff here are rude unlike in Gundam Base Yokohama and Taiwan. The staff seem to not like having customers. They make an angry face when they see you taking photos of the displayed model kits. Even when I’m just about to enter, it’s like I’m being judged that I’m not buying anything and I’m just going to come here to roam around. There’s not much of stocks here, mostly gundam base limited products. I bought the gundam base limited MG Nadleeh and a snack. I love the display here, they even displayed old kits from my childhood which made me happy and remembered how and why I started this model kit hobby. Overall I don’t like here. Gundam Base Yokohama has way better staff.

What an experience. It's overwhelming with the amount of Gundam kits (standard and limited), memorabilia, and clothing available. Not to mention there's a bit of a museum at the entrance and exclusive displays that can only be seen here. This is definitely a required stop when visiting Tokyo.

I went on the January 2 2023. Got there 6pm. They said I had to get a ticket to go up to the 7th floor. Kicker, They sold out and hour or so before. So my group traveled all the way there and could get in. Line wasn't long and not many people in the 7th floor shop. So I'm not sure why they limit people like that. Sucks for people who couldn't comeback and wasted a day. Most of the kits are the 144 kits. Selection wasn't great at all. Prices were good but with a very small selection doesn't really matter since you can't get what you want.

Love this place! You'll be welcomed by the gigantic Gundam standing guard outside the shopping mall. The atmosphere is vibrant, and there are even special events like pop singer performances at the pavilion. The nearby vicinity is fantastic. Who would expect to spot the Statue of Liberty taking a vacation break from New York in Japan?! Perhaps, she was also drawn in by the chilled weather and the breathtaking view of Odaiba.

Make sure you time your visit correctly, if you want to go up the platform. This is quite a fun experience. The place can get busy, when I visited there was no line to enter and I was able to get a build your own model when entering the compound. There was only a 10 minute wait to get into the gift shop and they were not really any other lines for other areas. The food was ok more of a fun experience than a great meal. If you can find a seat there is a nice viewing spot of the model while it is in action and while you eat. All in all this was a fun experience especially if you are a fan of the anime.
