It is also close to Toba Station, and if you are driving, there are several coin parking lots near the station. Although there are no castle towers left, we were able to see what remains of the stone walls. The atmosphere of the park, which is a good photo spot, and the castle ruins matched well, making it feel like a castle ruin unlike any other. The view from the ruins of the castle tower was good, and the atmosphere was nice.

There are no buildings left, but you can see the stone walls. The view from the ruins of the castle tower on the top of the mountain is pleasant and offers a panoramic view of the beautiful Toba Sea. A perfect place to block the entrance to Ise Bay. The castle tower must have looked quite intimidating when viewed from the sea. The Kintetsu railway tracks run right next to it, and you can see the trains from above.

Did not explore all of the ruins as it started to rain heavily. But the views and fresh air make your walk worth while.

I think this place will be nicer when the cherry tree blossoms. It’s quiet and peaceful. Unless you are a person who enjoys tranquility, otherwise you will not enjoy this becos you need some climbing to reach the castle ruins and there ain’t much to see. The travel guide has already indicated that but I decided to take a look myself. But if you like really old buildings, take a walk along the alleys opposite the Toba aquarium.
