This was a very cool place to visit. Especially with it being included in the Osaka amazing e pass. It was walking distance from my hotel, so that made the trip so much more convenient. It is open during the rain, but please be aware that NO UMBRELLAS are allowed at the top. Pro tip: pack a poncho or a packable raincoat.

Umeda Sky Building both have an Observatory and museum, located on different towers (east and west). The roof top view looks really great! If you are planning to enter the roof top using Osaka Amazing Pass, make sure to do it before 4 PM, as the free entry is only available till 4 PM. I would also recommend to try the museum at the west tower.

It was good scary experience I am not a fan of heights but it was thrilling I didn’t go to the balcony open top so I didn’t have to pay. My family loved it though so it was good in the end. I wouldn’t recommend buying tickets in advance so you are not locked in to go to the balcony top. I had a good view of the city from the shopping area where I stayed. Buy the tickets when you get there. This would help if you have doubts of going to an open area at the top. Then you decide to go to the balcony top without any fear or reservations not out of compulsions as you’ve already bought tickets.

Building of amazing architecture. You can get up to the 39th floor for free then it costs ¥1500 currently about $10 to get to the top two levels one of which is outside and provides you a complete open view 360. It is so worth it.

The Umeda Sky Building is one of the best places to see the wide city of Osaka! It is quite the unique building with its interesting structure and design! It was fun going up the elevators and escalators, eventually reaching the rooftop view. You could see the breathtaking, lively city of Osaka perfectly!
