Awesome museum! Incredible collection of vintage collectibles from Japan dating back to the 40s. And a second floor full of the most beautiful toys in great condition! This is a must see if you come to the wonderful town of Wakuraonsen.

A place not to miss, with an extensive collection of vintage objects. Truely amazing to discover or rediscover tin toys and iconic characters that went through so many years and hands. I will visit the museum again next time I am in Nanae.

About 15 min walk from the station. But is totally worth it! Large collection and well maintained place with lots of photo opportunities. Adults and Children will find it interesting.

This place has an amazing collection of Showa era toys and various items, from matchboxes to appliances. If you're interested in retro consumer goods and are visiting Wakura Onsen, this is definitely worth a look.
