Shame on this place for sullying the good name of Anpanman. We paid 2800 per person (including for our 1 year old) for absolutely nothing. Do not support this horrible ripoff. Seriously, there is one floor with a few interactive exhibits. Imagine one long hallway with a few little things to do. That's it. It might be fun except the place is horrendously overcrowded, bordering on dangerous for young children. If it cost 500 yen, I wouldn't be complaining, but no... I cannot fathom the mass hypnosis that leads people to think that taking your children here is a more worthwhile time than going to a park for free. Everyone is insane. Why why why? Expect insane crowds, long lines and waits, and an overwhelmingly disappointing selection of things to do. Go out into the city, go to a park, spend your money on Tokyo Disney (it's not that much more if you think about it!). Anything but this garbage. Just think about the profit that this place must take in infuriates me.

A great place for kids to play and run around, as well as watch some performances by a real-life Anpanman and his friends. If your child loves Anpanman, I'd really recommend going. This is a great place for kids to play and interact with all sorts of Anpanman related sets. You do need to reserve a ticket (I don't think you can even buy them at the door, at least not as far as I've seen). Buggy's are not allowed inside, but there's a massive parking area for them. There's also a few souvenir shops and a massive restaurant downstairs. These are also accesible without visiting the museum (at least the souvenir shops are). Also keep in mind, the shows and everything there is in Japanese. It is also 'just' a playground. There's nothing museum-y about it. No history, no pictures or displays one would expect in a museum. And as a foreigner, I personally felt a bit out of place. But our son absolutely loved it, so I loved it too. All in all, this was a great trip for the little one, and hopefully we can go back on the future when.he's jist a little bit older.

We went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She had a blast. I recommend booking the birthday cake designing experience. She had a lot of fun designing her own cake. We also got a free printed photo. My daughter had the best time watching the shows.

A colorful and delightful place to bring young kids and Anpanman fans. Entry to ground level, where the food court, various gift shops and the character bread bakery are located, is free of charge. That may just be enough if you only want to buy some souvenirs and/or don’t have young children. Otherwise, you can always pay for admission to enter the museum.

If your child is a fan of Anpanman, it's a cute place to visit. There are two show spaces with the schedule clearly labeled and the back area is like a themed playroom. Also don't miss the splash pad and the ball room outside! If it's summer, bring a change of clothes for your child so that they can get as wet as they want in the splash pad. There's also a changing area. Also don't forget to visit the bakery on the first floor. The anpan is surprisingly delicious!
