We went first during the week on a regular week day and enjoyed it enough to buy the year pass and have been back again on the weekend. Neither times was it crazy busy and most areas just had a 20-30 minute wait. It’s is starting to show its age a little and lots of the rides and features that were here 10 years ago have gone and not been replaced. But there’s still plenty left to enjoy. There are no shows until march and rides have days off for maintenance so please check the website for the schedule. it's easy to use and helps make an informed decision of when to go. you really want to get at least the full day pass as you'll save money after going to only two places and two rides. There are lots of free mini hands on and close up talks throughout the day and paid ones as well. The food court was surprisingly good with a wide range of choices. The roller coaster, pirate and water rapids are fun little rides for all and theres a small soft play for under 9s. plenty to do, even if you arrive at 10am when it opens (you can arrive beforehand to get tickets and the theme park rides open from 11- am) you still wont be able to do everything in a day. summary: despite showing its age. it is well worth going for a family day out. make sure you get the full day pass.

Lots of activities to do for family. This place has several selections of dining facilities, the most I have seen in an amusement park.

We just went to the aquarium area, and really enjoyed it! They have a beluga and dolphin show that my kids loved! We spent about 1.5-2 hours there. It was lightly raining and most of the kid rides weren't running and the kids play area was closed. Be sure to look at the daily schedule to catch the mammals show.

We bought tickets online and received a QR code. You show the QR code to the staff and they will put a black light stamp on your left hand for the aquariums and on your right hand for the attractions. You can also buy tickets at the entrance of each attraction or aquarium but I find getting the tickets in advanced better or you’ll get a paper ticket around your wrist. The variety of activities and animals and fish that they have on display is great, but I was disappointed to not find a polar bear and sun fish. We asked and we were told that they passed away which was unfortunate. We also availed of the otter feeding and got disappointed that we paid 400 yen for 4 pieces of treats that you give them. The line had to move fast so you couldn’t really enjoy feeding them because it felt like we were being rushed. Good place for a day trio but you can finish everything in a few hours. The rollercoaster they had was great and really fun which I enjoyed a lot. I feel like kids can ride it and it won’t be that scary as long as they reach the height limit. The lines for the attractions were so short or none at all but maybe it was because we went on a Monday.
