The accessibility is really good, but it could be a little disappointing if you went to Ikebukuro's main store first. This is because it mainly deals with comic books, and there are very few goods. Especially, this store does not sell figures! So, if you are new to it, please take note of this. Also, it's unfortunate that there is only one elevator and the store is small. The top floor seems to have a collaboration cafe, but there was no special event when I visited

A manga fan heaven. The design and logistics of the bldg was thought out. We took the elevator up to top floor and made our way down. There were cashiers on most floors. Bathrooms on selected floors. There were stairways on both side of the bldg and one side was only going up and vice versa for smoother traffic. It was not too crowded when we were there a weekday afternoon

Was excited to see stamp available for collection!! Located at L1 in front of the lift. There is only 1 lift, else it will be 2 diff stairs that has designated directions going up or down. There is so many merch for animes that I have never seen before. Only recognised The Apothecary there but pretty limited.

This was an Otaku heaven, especially for tourists visiting Japan to explore the city, culture, and especially anime-related things! My friend and I came here to repurchase some stuff for our friends in the U.S. since some are collectors of anime/manga-related things. I ended up not buying anything, but my friend bought several souvenirs. I recommend purchasing some things related to anime/ manga in this place.

It was good since it was in Akihabara and they had a decent selection of merch, but I feel that the ANIMATE store in Ikebukuro has a larger selection, and it even included a floor for art supplies. Not trying to compare since the Ikebukuro store in the main building. I liked the selection of gacha machines as well as the art books as limited as they were. The staff was very helpful and sweet helping me with looking for items, verifying prices, and assisting me with a stuck gacha machine. I was using Google translate to try and communicate and I was appreciative that they were patient.
