Cute local museum place with a park around it full of seasonal flowers, 300 yen fee to enter the area.

Wonderful park with flowers of all seasons. We went at the time of hydrangea. The water play area for kids is superb. Kids enjoyed a lot. Don’t forget to get spare clothes. Just next to the entrance there is planetarium which has nice shows. They’d is a school building cum museum. Food options are less but good inside the park. It was not very crowded as we went early 9am. Week days are not at all crowded. Near the water play area there are solar mobile charger ports which can be used for free for 30 mins.

It was a bit earlier for fully blown hydrangeas. But the park is huge and some interesting old building, such as the first post office in Fuchu city.

A great hydrangea viewing spot in Tokyo. The museum had limited signage in English, but was a great look into the history of Fuchu. All of the facilities were very well maintained.

A nice place is untouched by the tourists. You should go there when the plum flowers full bloom in February or when the hydrangea flowers bloom in June.
