Ibaraki Prefecture Gokoku Shrine
1-chōme-2-1 Migawa, Mito, Ibaraki 310-0912, Japan
Because the shrine is located far from the city center, it has an air of slow-moving time. In spring, the cherry blossoms on the shrine grounds come into full bloom. As the name "Gokoku Shrine" implies, the war dead from the end of the Edo period to the end of the war are enshrined here, and several memorials can be seen.

A big beautiful shrine. This is a shrine that enshrines the war dead of Ibaraki Prefecture. It takes about 5 minutes from the Kairakuen parking lot. Since it was the Doll's Festival season, Hina dolls were displayed for free at the Sanshuden. I was overwhelmed by so many dolls. It's worth a look.

I took my mentally disabled daughter out to see the autumn leaves😊 We took a walk while looking at the beautiful autumn leaves. From Mito Station, I passed through the Kairakuen History Museum entrance and stopped at 🅿, which is a little ahead of the Sakurayama bus stop on the left.I was surprised to see that there were so many people other than Tech Tech. And what surprised me was that it was connected to the shrine 😅 A light walk It took about an hour, and I had a relaxing, relaxing time. There were many large black carp in the pond. This time I stopped at the top 🅿, but there is a large 🅿 right in front of the shrine.
