Wonderful to see the history of this famous manga and anime. How cool and interesting to learn the author studied the descriptions of the yokai and drew them and now his drawings are the way many imagine these Japanese yokai!

It's just a plan to full fill in my JR west sanyo-san in pass only, But but but... i surprise with this place so much, beside the main road from JR station to museum you will see more than hundred of model character on both side of the road, very funny to take a picture. if you love to collect stamper this town have a special book to collect the special stamper, very impressive

Being a manga fan i am delighted to see so many original artwork displayed! Even for those whom don’t know the manage should check it out too if you’re in tottori. It’s a short walk from Sakaiminato Station. Allow half a day to whole day here, because you can also stroll both day and night of Mizuki Shigeru streets! Not very crowded even on a weekend

A museum that worth going. Offer discount / half price for foreigners. Many photo taking spots as shown.

A place where you find the comics writer's bibliography and it's work. Some spot to take pictures even with 3d background. JR PASS causes you 300 yen to visit if you are visitor.
