Wear a helmet before entering the cave. The inside of the cave is quite narrow and I bumped my head many times. There are some places where you can't advance without crouching down, so it's difficult unless you're a slender person. It is better not to wear too much clothing as you will be using a lot of physical strength and will sweat a lot. You can go on a little adventure for 600 yen. Next, I think it would be a good idea to hike to Otaki. (About 20 minutes from the cave)

The inside of the limestone cave was so narrow that I hit my helmet against the ceiling several times. Also, the middle section is long and can be difficult for middle-aged people. The children enjoyed it as an adventure. It has a cave-like feel compared to other limestone caves that are lit up.

What a good activity to do during the hot season here in Japan. The limestone cave is long enough and have a few challenging passages that will keep you curious about the cave. The 500 yen cost of entrance is well worth the experience.

BRING FLASHLIGHT!!!!!! And hopefully the headlamp and directional type too, your cellphone isn't a good alternative inside. You don't need flashlight if you aren't curious about any of these extra path and holes that you can peep in (I don't think it's a good idea to enter though, you know, the movie, descent....... Final verdict, worth 600 yen
