Worth the visit for sure! The grounds were unexpectedly big for a shrine so close to the city, and there was lots to see! Definitely one of the nicest shrines to visit, especially during plum blossom season! The goshuin is also hand written if thats important to you! 🤭

My go to Shrine in Osaka for big matsuri. On new years eve the queue to get inside was quite long but it was still very enjoyable.

Went to visit this shrine around new year and it was extremely busy, still an enjoyable experience and a nice shrine. I think it would have been nicer to visit a different day however.

A nice Japenese temple slightly away from Osaka Castle. Quite and peaceful, not much of a tourist place. see many local came in to pray while on the way to work etc. free entrance.
