The drive into the park was beautiful in the snow. Free cross country skiing was enjoyable for 2 in our group. The historic Snow Festival exhibit was very interesting and we would recommend taking the time to see the display. Winter activities were going on in several areas and we wished we had more time to explore. It would be nice to return in the summer when everything is green.

Freezing with blowing winds. We got to see Dr. Clock’s history and the great view of grass and sheep. When we were out, it started to snow. Every one (kids in junior high school and older) had to pay the entry ticket when entering the parking lot. This is a scenic spot you have to go in Sapporo.

A strange place, worth a visit if you have a car. A bit strange to charge for it, but you also get access to some small associated buildings we didn't see (no time). Pretty much everyone comes for the statue and and field and view.

Finally visit this place after planned long ago. Wide and unblocked view, can see Sapporo stadium in the distance. Do note that you need to pay (per head) entrance fee at the gate when you drive in. But parking is free. Went to the “food court” and Wanted to try the famous ice cream but closed.
