As fan of their white chocolate biscuits, coming to the park is a must! Plenty of photo opportunities without having to go into the paid area, especially at night then the lights are turned on. Museum The entry to museum itself, while beautiful and informative, can be skipped in my opinion. Unless of course you intend on visiting the cafe with the picturesque view! Food & beverage While you're there do try out the items that are limited to the park or hard to find once you leave. The snaffles are a must! I also tried the Tsumugi, which was not that fantastic, while the beer just tasted like regular beer. The chocolate milk was heavenly though. All in all, I recommend coming before sunset so that you can take pictures before and after the illuminations are turned on. Of course do try as many items while you are here.

A nice place to spend a few hours to check out this famous Hokkaido sweet factory park. And the story of their famous “Snow white lovers” products. They have on site paid parking. If you paid for the regular admission 800 yen for adults, ask for a discount coupon for your parking. This will save about 50% day 300 yen. They are well organized including people directing you where to park and assist you as you leave the parking area. They have factory tour and exhibition inside and sweet making classes you can take. If you don’t want to spend money to go inside, the outside area is mostly free and open to public to look around and take pictures. A fun place for kids as well with cafe and gift shop to enjoy. Make sure you try out their soft ice cream as well. Recommended!

A chocolate factory that has many experiences. There is a gift shop, many restaurants, coin lockers for storage and outdoor sculptures. The factory had clear and understandable English throughout. The place is quite cute ( cute cat ninja theme all over). The imitation art was interesting. They gave me a free biscuit after I paid for my admission. They accept credit cards for admission. The gift shop lines get long but move fast. This location is about 10 minutes walking from the subway station.

What an amazing chocolate factory / theme park! The entrance was so cute and the service staff were all so friendly. The entire place looks like it came out of a Willy Wonka movie. Only caveat was that it is quite a walk from the nearest train station. It doesn’t help that it was paved with melting snow which made it hard to walk with a stroller. Merchandise was also great. They had a photo station that you could print your own cookie boxes! 10/10 worth a visit.

There is a freely accessible inner court with a garden and a toured area that requires a ticket. In the toured area a comedic video about the contributors to chocolate can be seen and there is a viewing area for the chocolate factory. There is also a cafe with a great view of the mountains in this area. The wait time was around 30 minutes. There were also workshops to make your own chocolate but they were already booked out when I got there. In the free area there are two shops.
