A bridge that can only be crossed once a year. I visited without knowing this, and when I saw the bridge that was closed, I was in a state of confusion. Let's go to that island in six months! Not popular, Wave Sound Sawagu Tsushima Bridge Drowning out the sound of waves, dreaming of a festival

Tsushima, where the main shrine is located, can only be visited on August 4th and 5th, during the summer festival. Since it is known as the guardian deity of children, there were many families visiting with children. Also, the bridge that can only be crossed twice a year is also known as the ``Happiness Bridge,'' and there were a few couples here and there.

I visited this summer of 2023. The dates for the summer festival were fixed on August 4th and 5th, and I went on the evening of the 4th. Usually, the bridge is not closed and the entrance is locked, so you can only go there on this day. JR Tsushimanomiya Station will be open for two days only. The shrine is believed to be a guardian deity for children. Therefore, many people come with children. It seems that fireworks went off on the night of the 4th. The bridge toll is 500 yen for adults.

The bridge to the main shrine will be built for two days only, August 4th and 5th ⛩️ This was my first visit to the shrine, and despite the strong sunlight, the wind was cool on the sea, so strangely I didn't feel tired. There is something mysterious about a shrine surrounded by the sea, and it was a wonderful experience!

The main shrine of Tsushima Shrine can only be visited on August 4th and 5th, two days a year. They are connected by a beautiful red bridge, but the floorboards are usually removed and the entrance sealed off. It is a phantom shrine that can only be visited for two days. This time, I came to migrate from 5am on the 5th, the second day. There is a line at the entrance even before the park opens. You can cross the bridge for a round trip toll of 500 yen. A completely different world opens up than the view from Haruka-haiden, which is located at the base of the bridge. It's located in the middle of the Seto Inland Sea, giving you the feeling of having the Seto Inland Sea all to yourself. There is a shrine main hall on the top of a small island, and there are amulet shops around it. It only takes a few minutes to get around while enjoying the surrounding scenery. There are places you can walk around the island, and the views from here are spectacular. It is a place where you can enjoy the beauty of the Seto Inland Sea. However, since it is only open for two days a year, it can be considered a fantastic photo spot.
