We had lunch in a historic warehouse. We had chicken fillet and eggplant, tomato and hijiki tossed in a light salad, plum and jako rice, and for dessert we had pumpkin bavarois. Although it's not pictured, the main dish was cold soba noodles. The soba noodles had dashi on top. Although it's September, it's still hot, so the menu was refreshing and delicious. The soba looks like 100 percent soba, and I personally like nihachi, so it felt quite hard. However, I think it's a good place to enjoy a leisurely meal.

Ard 10k yen for 8 people, i not much believe it. Very nice and friendly customer service, and the beef is superb. We order 2 different type, of cos the more expensive one is damn great. Cozy place. Enjoy it. The shoe locker is attractive. Special locking carpenters art.

It has information on the history of Yamagata City as well as a shop that sells Yamagata pottery, Japanese sake, and other locally produced products. The restaurant serves good Japanese food, especially the soba noodles.
