It is a good place for going during sunset and you can spend as much time as you want because there is a good amount of seating. Cafe and a small library is also present for passing time.

Cheaper and Better views than Shibuya Sky in my opinion. Buy ticket online for 900yen! you can stay as long as you like. there's cafe and souvenir shops at the top.

Wonderful observation deck!! I didn't want to leave. Going on a clear day made it even more special. Views of Mt Fuji and Tokyo skyline (25 miles away) were impressive. The gift shop and snack shop were top notch too. The Sky Garden was also featuring a Warners Brothers Exhibit with Batman and all. Something for everyone here.

Interesting fact is on your birthday it’s free for you. 😎 recommend to go on your birthday. They will give you 10% discount on food and souvenirs also. It’s a nice place to spend the day. If you enter once, there is no limitation on time. So you can stay as long as you want. The view of Yokohama city is really amazing.

Wow. What a surprise! During our two months traveling in Japan, this was probably one of the most amazing places we visited. We weren’t expecting very much, but we came here around sunset and were blown away by the view. It’s a little difficult finding the entrance to the Sky Garden Observation Deck (we ended up going through the hotel and then being redirected to the main entrance), so leave a little extra time to get inside. Try to get there well before sunset so you don’t miss the view. Once you get to the top, make sure you walk around to the side facing Mt. Fuji (it has lots of seating and I think it’s on the SW side), and just sit down and enjoy. Highly recommend and worth the trip even from Tokyo! Definitely a must visit if you’re in Japan.
