Notes

Imaicho Towni s an unusually large preserved historic district located near Asuka in Nara Prefecture. While preserved districts in Japan are usually limited to a few buildings or perhaps a street, a visit to Imaicho allows visitors to wander through the many alleys of an entire small town. However, Imaicho is not maintained entirely in its original state, and telephone wires and vehicles may occasionally intrude on the historical atmosphere.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 mins prior to departure, as the tour will be delayed and might increase the final time, resulting in extra fees by the guide.

  • Please arrive at the meeting place on time. If you are late for the meeting time, it will be regarded as voluntary abandonment, and there will be no refund or compensation.

  • Travelers who leave the tour group and withdraw from the tour activities after the tour activity has started cannot request a refund of the tour fee.

  • If the traffic conditions are relatively congested, the return time may be delayed. Depending on the road conditions on the day, the departure time and route of each sightseeing location may be adjusted.

  • No refund will be given for changes in the itinerary and cancellation of attractions due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.
