The temple premises double as a bustling weekly second-hand market. This vibrant marketplace offers a wide array of items for sale, varying in size and worth. From modest trinkets to substantial treasures, you can find it all here. The prices are open to negotiation, allowing for a flexible and interactive shopping experience.

This is a cute little shrine located down the alleys of the busy streets of Shinjuku. It was peaceful to get some time away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the cherry blossoms contrasting against the bright red structures. Take a moment to enjoy the Tori Gates and taken the beautiful scenery. I am so thankful I found this place

Located in Kabukicho, this shrine has a unique value because of its antique features surrounded by modern Japan. The omikuji here are famous too, and they have varieties of amulets, from money/jobs till matchmaking and marriage. Also has small torii which lead to a small part of the shrine guarded by kitsune.

A very cool shrine in the middle of the busy Shinjuku streets. The shrine seems like a lot newer compared to the other popular shrines in tokyo but still very beautiful

Can’t wait to visit the shrine soon after work. I walked through hanzono dori and it was so peaceful. Away from the hustle bustle of Shinjuku. Felt so calming. There was so much nature around like trees and birds and flowers. And tons of places to dine in and enjoy delicious meals. 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station
