We were lucky that we went during the fall foliage season. The shrine is not large. but keep calm The journey is not difficult. You can take a bus to the front of the shrine.

Definitely try to get here before 9am. The overall atmosphere and scenery makes the trip amazing.

Close to kawagoe famous shopping street this shrine is the main tourist attraction and even local attraction ... Be beautiful in the Sakura season and even in summer time it's one of the best places to visit in kawagoe 🧸✨

Hikawa shrine is one of the less popular and smaller shrine in Kawagoe city but yet it gives a real sense of tranquility and refresh atmosphere. It’s peaceful and a good place to visit for leisure!
