Okuma Shigenobu Memorial Museum

This memorial museum was built for the 125th anniversary of the birth of Okuma Shigenobu, who is well known as an internationally renowned politician and the founder of Waseda University, and completed in November, 1966. It was designed by Imai Kenji, emeritus professor of Waseda University and opened in October, 1967. The museum exhibits the historical materials related to Okuma and illustrates his life with pictures and videos.

I think I have visited here several times. Especially, it would be a good place to take a walk during weekends. Not many people and some nice cafes to read books or take it easy.
