I will go to New Year's visit on January 3rd. Although it was small, there were four food stalls, and the shrine was lively with a steady stream of worshipers. It is a shrine that enshrines Emperor Go-Daigo, and it seems to be closely related to rabbits because it disappeared in the year of the rabbit. There are many types of omikuji, from regular ones to water omikuji, which have letters that appear when soaked in water, and stone omikuji, and the amulets, especially rabbit ones, are carefully commercialized and are very cute. Although it doesn't have the crowds of people like Kashihara Shrine, it is a historic shrine where you can soak in the solemn and tranquil atmosphere.

This is a large shrine located in Yoshino, Nara Prefecture. It was founded by Emperor Meiji in 1898. Emperor Go-Daigo is enshrined here. The current shrine building was rebuilt in 1930. The main shrine, worship hall, etc. are all made of cypress. The large torii gate in front of the approach is unusually made of wood. In front of the torii gate is a guardian dog with long legs. Once you pass through the torii gate, there is a wide approach to the shrine, and at the back there is a magnificent gate. Once you step through the gate, the atmosphere becomes even more solemn. When you enter the worship hall, you can see the main shrine and worship from there. You can get a goshuin stamp at the shrine.

Yoshino Shrine, where Emperor Go-Daigo is enshrined It's a bit difficult for people who don't have a car to visit the shrine. First of all, if you use public transportation, you will get off at Kintetsu Yoshino-Jingumae, but from there you will have to climb 1km up a road with no sidewalks💦 which is quite dangerous. I couldn't think of anything else, so I thought, ``I have no choice, I'll just walk from the ropeway station,'' but the residents of Mt. Yoshino were at a loss for words😅 But, there was a bus leaving from Yoshinoyama😆 So, if you don't have a car or want to go safely, you should take the bus from Mt. Yoshino! Just that bus. I'm not always running, so http://www.yokb315.co.jp/route_bus.php If you would like to use it, please check the website. I went to Yoshino Shrine by bus...I arrived at the back. When you step inside, you can feel the refreshing and warm atmosphere. Where is the shrine? That's what I thought...there it was. There are many gifts lined up. It may be a little difficult to understand if you go from the back. When I was standing in the worship hall, I naturally put my hands together in front of my chest and went into "talking mode with Emperor Godaigo" 🙏 Not to mention the story. "I support small-scale farmers, producers, and processing plants who speak out against mass production and mass consumption, which burden the environment. I hope I can meet such people!" We talked about it in detail. As I was doing so, I heard the refreshing sound of a bell coming from behind...and when I followed the sound, I found a worshiper waving the bell that had been given to him. What a “refreshing tone”! I've already bought it now~ I have also attached the photo🌸 This also came in a white bag...I took it out of the bag and enjoyed looking at the "cute cherry blossoms" directly. When I received the gift, the person from the shrine asked me, ``Which way did you come from?'' The smiling response made me smile too😄 Sweeped gravel, well-maintained plants, the occasional sound of the deer's voice... I truly forgot about the flow of time and was able to spend a relaxing time💕

I went there because I saw on TV that a talisman made of mizuhiki with a boar's eye in the center was featured. This is a magnificent shrine built by Emperor Meiji to enshrine Emperor Go-Daigo. The autumn leaves were also beautiful.
